Agreement

By downloading or using My Run Progress ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are between you and Maysoft; Apple is not a party to them.

License

Maysoft grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app.

Apple Health

The app reads and optionally writes data in Apple Health (HealthKit). You control which data types are shared through iOS permissions. The app does not use HealthKit data for advertising or sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Garmin import

Garmin import is an optional feature. Using it requires a Garmin Connect account and your agreement to Garmin's terms. Maysoft is not affiliated with Garmin and is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by Garmin's services.

Health disclaimer

The app is a training log and progress tracker. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Effort estimates are based on heart-rate patterns and are for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional before making changes to your training or health routine.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Maysoft does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that workout data read from Apple Health will be accurate or complete. Accuracy depends on the recording device and source app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maysoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.

Updates and availability

Maysoft may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
